STYLES OF YOGA

Vinyasa – A fluid style of yoga where one asana (pose) links directly to the next in a seamless flow. Vinyasa Flow is energetic, flowy & freeing. A rhythmic flow linking your movement to your breath.
Restorative – A slow paced, relaxed meditative style. Geared toward stimulating relaxation. Longer stillness in postures, for a calming effect.
Guided Meditation – guided meditations with use of imagery, visualization, mantra’s and/or positive affirmations to promote stillness of the mind.
TYPES OF YOGA & PRICE LIST FOR SERVICES
Private Yoga
1 to 1 individual private yoga 60-minute session = $50
Group Yoga
(Private parties, Bridal showers, Retreats, Athletic groups)
Up to 10+ participants 60 -minute session = $50
20+ participants 60 – minute session = $100
Corporate Yoga or Wellness Education
Companies/Businesses looking to add a layer of wellness to provide to their staff.
Assisting in a healthy work-life balance.
